A program of Penn Nursing of the University of Pennsylvania, Thrive offers an evidenced-based supplement solution to traditional home care services through intensive care coordination and virtual nurse case management. Blinebury Design created a unique brand identity system for this impactful organization. The brand new custom website will help connect individual healthcare workers and health system partners with this growing program.
